I have nothing but praise for PLV Electric. their office staff and field technicians are outstanding. Our prior Generac generator maintenance company (who acquired my original maintenance company) was always trying to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge, and their pricing became ridiculous. PLV is courteous, professional, and very competent. Choosing them to maintain my Generac is a grand slam !!!!

These guys are great. I was matched up with them through Costco and have never had an issue. If you are looking for a whole-house standby generator, go to PLV. They installed a 22KW Generac. When the other vendors had a 6 month backlog PLV was able to install and complete the permits within 2 months. Furthermore they provided a longer warranty (including labor), They also included a whole house surge protector, and their price was as competitive as the most competitive quote I received. I highly recommend them.

I found Paul and his company when I purchased a whole home generator from Home Depot. His quote was by far the best. He setup the generator and managed the plumber for the natural gas and dealt with all the inspection. Let me say the inspector wasted hours of Paul's time with extreme rewiring of my box. Never a complaint. When my unit had problems, during hurricane Irene, Paul showed up that day to make sure it was fixed, yes during the hurricane. He has maintained my generator since then and recently did some other electrical work. All was done very well with no supervision on my part, I wasn't home, and they did some great work.

Unbeknownst to Keith I watched out of curiosity him work and test my generator.
